- Oversee daily operation of the Jacuzzi Bath Remodel installation process ensuring all install objectives are accomplished in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborate with all office and corporate functional teams including installation, operations, sales, customer services, etc.
- Train, coach and develop installation employees and contractors both in the office and in the field
- Manage inventory including analysis of our inventory and ensure we are utilizing our inventory effectively, purchasing the right materials, and maintaining inventory to meet installation needs
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations
- Ensure alignment of activities and resources within the operations team, and ensure cross-organization collaboration and employee involvement where appropriate
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer concerns/issues related to installation, quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site
- Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer service, installs, etc.
- Provide leadership and technical expertise for the installation crews including on-site support when necessary

- Demonstrated ability to confidently handle confrontation/conflicts using a tactful and diplomatic approach; Ability to maintain perspective under demanding conditions
- Knowledge of technical aspects of home construction, residential remodeling, bath remodeling, and/or residential installation management
- Ability to juggle various work activities and shift their attention from one task to another to meet company demands
- Plumbing License in the state of Kentucky, preferred
- Ability to teach others through hands-on and documentation-based learning methods
- Possess leadership skills including time management and ability to delegate tasks
- 2+ years experience in operations, home construction, remodeling, and/or installation management
- Proven customer resolution skills required; ability to provide excellent customer services
