We are currently searching for an HSSE Advisor to join our team on the Project Ceres. Reporting to the HSE Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring all operations comply with local regulations, industry best practices & internal policies. You’ll further provide expert guidance & promote a proactive safety culture.

Conduct site audits, inspections, and risk assessments.
Prepare reports and present HSSE performance data to management.
Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSSE risks.
Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the company’s HSSE management system.
Monitor compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Deliver HSSE training and toolbox talks to employees and contractors.
Lead incident investigations and support root cause analysis.

Proven experience in an HSSE advisory role, preferably in an Oil & Gas environment.
Strong knowledge of national HSSE regulations and standards.
Excellent communication and influencing skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Proficient in incident investigation and root cause analysis techniques.
