Complete and monitor competition studies
Demonstrate amenities and design features to potential buyers
Monitor and provide assistance with the mortgage loan process to stake holders
Monitor and analyze data and trends
Communicate website updates to Marketing staff
Maintain pricing on website listing services
Track “Home Definition Due” dates per the community Slot Schedule
Participate in Community Builder Meetings
Document correspondence with Leads, Prospects, Buyers, Realtors and Lenders
Manage FMLS listings
Finalize options and Selections as part of the Purchase Agreement
Ensure community plat board is updated.
Maintain records of potential buyers
Ensure appropriate community signage
Host Grand Opening and homeowner events
Manage records and inform buyers of Product Development Changes
