Resources Manager - Manufacturing

• Ensure all operations comply with safety regulations and labor laws.
• Manage inventory control and vendor relationships for third-party resources and materials.
• Coordinate with production managers, department heads, and HR to forecast staffing and equipment needs.
• Develop and maintain robust reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency in resource allocation and capacity.
• Utilize HR and resource management systems to track and report on key metrics, providing decision support to management.
• Develop and implement strategies for optimal resource planning and utilization to meet production targets.
• Promote process improvement initiatives, particularly lean manufacturing principles, to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
• Monitor production processes, schedules, and timelines, implementing adjustments as needed to optimize performance and efficiency.

Requirements

We are looking for an experienced Resource Manager to oversee the strategic allocation and optimization of all manufacturing resources, including personnel, equipment, and raw materials, across our production lines. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the efficient delivery of products, managing production schedules, and achieving organizational goals in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience: Minimum of 7 years of proven experience in resource management, production planning, or a similar role within a manufacturing or industrial plant environment.
• Proficiency in resource planning software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially advanced Excel skills).
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships at all levels.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Engineering, Human Resources, or a related field; relevant experience may substitute.
• Knowledge of production procedures, quality control, and lean manufacturing practices
