The studio are not necessarily looking for the finished article, they are keen to find the right talent that can add immediate influence and value. Experience with Irish regulations is key.
Suitable professionals will have experience across the Residential and Housing sector. Experience in this particular typology is required due to the team’s portfolio and the work they have on their books.
Excellence will ideally be throughout projects from early design through to completion, with professionals having strengths and strong project experience across technical construction phases of projects.
Software: Revit and AutoCAD
This salary banding is wide-ranging due to there being multiple levels for this role. I am looking to speak with Technologists that are post-qualification up to senior level.
Suitable Technologists will need to have previous Irish work experience in a studio and have knowledge of Irish building regulations and ways of working. It is essential that Technologists are educated here in Ireland and have a degree from an Irish University: e.g Technological University Dublin (TU), Munster Technological University (MTU), Dundalk Institute of Technology (DkIT).
