The Senior Sage Intacct Implementation Consultant reports to a Manager, Senior Manager, or Director and develops solutions for clients seeking operational excellence or technical outcomes. The role leads both small and large-scale Sage Intacct implementations for national clients and enhances client retention by optimizing their use of Sage Intacct through Wipfli support plans.
- Drive process improvements by collaborating with teams to boost efficiency and performance.
- Architect and develop solutions based on client requirements and deep knowledge of standard applications.
- Collect and analyze data, conduct client interviews, prepare workpapers and reports, and serve as lead subject-matter expert.
- Communicate functional deliverables, work-plan status, and issues to clients and Project Managers.
- Organize, establish, and monitor project work plans to ensure timely and on-budget completion.
- Train, mentor, and coach Consultant I and II staff, delegating work to promote development.
- Lead research and development initiatives to create innovative market solutions.
- Monitor, route, and resolve tier-1, 2, and 3 cases according to industry or technical skill level.
- Guide clients post-implementation, emphasizing adherence to support processes.
- Review and analyze account trends, escalating issues and solutions to leadership.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience.
- Possess 5+ years of experience in professional services or private industry with at least 1 year in professional services.
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Preferred: Training, support, or consulting advisory experience.
- Preferred: Experience with compliance or professional standards in the relevant area.
