- Ability to manage external Service Provider via a Contract. Example: budget, calling, awarding, invoicing, etc.
- Having Class 3 and/or Class 2B driving licence will be an advantage
- Inclination towards problem solving through data sense-making, and ability to translate the insights into ground Concept of Operations and deployment strategies.
- Knowledge in any discipline
- At least 3 years’ working experience, preferably in enforcement, policy formulation and/or service industry
- Possess the ability to think strategically with strong analytical skills, and an acumen for ground operations. Provide suggestions to improve daily work processes through SOPs and ROEs. Possess a firm grasp on ground terrain, and a keen sense on the latest developments on the ground. Example: demographics, time of high activity, hotspots, new device types, etc.
- Bilingual (with one dialect) with good spoken/written skills. Ability to manage publics' expectations through replying to feedback, and act as a conduit between Enforcement Officers and management.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team. Positive attitude and able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
