As the PMO MIS Lead, you will be responsible for collecting, analysing, and reporting data related to project and programme management, developing data models, generating insights, and offering actionable recommendations to support decision‑making and improve performance across the globe.
- Gather and compile project data from multiple sources.
- Analyse data to identify trends and insights for decision‑making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualisations.
- Create and maintain data models for forecasting, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Define and track KPIs to measure project performance.
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
- Identify and implement process improvements and new reporting technologies.
- Ensure data practices comply with regulations and company policies.

You will join a growing team that provides programme management and PMO services within the JLL APAC Regional PMO Group, working on portfolios of projects for prestigious clients. The role requires strong attention to detail, self‑motivation, the ability to work unsupervised, and confidence in interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum 3–5 years experience in data analysis within a PMO environment.
- Proficiency with Excel, SQL, Power BI or Tableau.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Project Management or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.
