Handle escalated queries from Administrators.
Collaborate with teams using Smartsheets to track project milestones, and communicate updates related to ROV operations effectively.
Leverage SharePoint's document management features to ensure version control, access control, and centralized storage of critical information related to ROV operations.
Oversee the certification process for ROVs and associated equipment, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry requirements.
Develop and maintain asset tracking systems to monitor the location, status, and condition of ROVs and related equipment ( including other business segments assets).
Manage documentation related to asset tracking, including maintenance records, inspection reports, and certification documentation.
Utilize SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms to create and manage documentation repositories for ROV specifications, maintenance procedures, and performance evaluation reports.
Participate in training sessions and knowledge sharing activities to build awareness and understanding of asset tracking processes across the organization.
Assist clients with documentation requirements, providing support and guidance as needed to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
