Develop structural shop drawings and detailed rebar layouts that conform to design specifications, applicable codes, and product standards.
Review contractor bids, negotiate with vendors, and coordinate technical aspects through meetings and active communication.
Analyze product design and customer requirements to define project specifications and present costs.
Assist with material takeoffs and cost estimates.
Support the design process on civil/structural engineering scopes as needed.
Create and distribute project descriptions, milestones, and timelines.
