Tasks

-Manage yard operations to meet truck turnaround times. -Support daily despatch operations and ensure all team members follow site safety protocols. -Deliver exceptional customer service both in person and over the phone. -Cross-functionally support floor operations when required. -Foster a proactive and collaborative working culture. -Process despatch paperwork including stock transfers, deliveries, and customer pick-ups. -Create shipments for orders requiring cartage and ensure accurate vendor payments. -Maintain clear communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations. -Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.

What You Bring
