Formulate and implement effective sales strategies in conjunction with the National Field Sales Manager
Support with the development and maintenance of relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure satisfaction
Ensure alignment to the sales strategy to maximise growth opportunities
Foster a culture of safety and ensure a n ongoing commitment to health, safety and environment
Contribute to the formulation of relevant branch and territory budgets
Lead, coach, and develop BDM and Customer Service Team
