  • Use hand tools and electronic devices regularly
  • Participating in rotating on-call shifts for emergency service needs
  • Reporting safety concerns and identifying potential new business opportunities
  • Diagnosing mechanical, electronic, and electrical issues and making repairs to manufacturer specifications
  • Maintaining your company vehicle, tools, and inventory to the highest standards
  • Wear protective equipment (helmet, goggles, boots, etc.)
  • Handle exposure to weather, electrical equipment, and commercial machinery
  • Managing accurate and detailed electronic work orders and documentation using a company-issued iPad
  • Attending ongoing technical training to stay up to date with industry advancements
  • Performing service, repair, installation, and maintenance on a variety of commercial kitchen equipment
  • Perform regular bending, kneeling, crouching, and reaching
  • Answering customer questions, identifying additional service needs, and delivering an exceptional customer experience
  • Coordinating daily schedules with dispatch and ensuring all delays or changes are communicated professionally
  • Safely operate a company vehicle for extended periods
