- Work closely with project managers, designers, lead carpenters, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Represent the company professionally on job sites, ensuring a superior customer experience.
- Maintain top-tier craftsmanship, ensuring precision and attention to detail in every project.
- Follow blueprints, plans, and safety regulations to ensure all work meets our high standards.
- Perform framing, cabinetry, trim work, drywall, tile, and custom woodworking for remodeling projects, including kitchens, bathrooms, additions, basements, and full-home remodels.
- Identify and resolve on-site challenges while maintaining quality standards.
