QA/QC Manager

Description

The QA/QC Manager is accountable for the safe and accurate completion of electrical work, overseeing quality inspection, documentation, and coordination among superintendents, subcontractors, and engineering staff. The role also involves participating in design reviews, providing constructability feedback, and representing Loenbro in project and strategy meetings.

• Participate in design reviews and give constructability feedback to engineering firms.
• Provide input to design package schedules to support integrated construction timelines.
• Verify contractor compliance with customer and industry installation standards.
• Oversee safe and successful completion of electrical work with high accuracy.
• Coordinate planning and organization of construction activities with superintendents and foremen.
• Complete all required QA documentation and project reports.
• Generate reports on work progress and issue closures.
• Inspect and support equipment testing.
• Communicate effectively with subcontractors, superintendents, office and engineering staff, consultants, and owners’ representatives.
• Represent the company in project and strategy meetings.
• Perform final QA inspections on equipment.
• Answer technical questions during project execution.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of electrical QA experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (preferred) or foreman/superintendent experience.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for electrical equipment.
• Knowledge of low‑voltage and medium‑voltage systems (preferred).
• Experience in data‑center projects (preferred).
• Proficiency with Bluebeam and Revit.
• Familiarity with NFPA 70 codes and standards.
