A global engineering & nuclear services firm delivering end‑to‑end infrastructure and energy solutions.
The role supports the engineering change‑control process on a large, multidisciplinary project, ensuring that design changes are properly documented, evaluated, and closed out. It also ensures consistent use of engineering tools and creates critical datasets such as the Safety Analysis Data List and Unit Data List.
You will manage various databases—including assumptions and risks—track actions, develop and maintain engineering applications and technical reference data, and prepare status reports. Additionally, you will implement design‑requirement information directly in tools like DOORS.
The position involves preparing procedures to align work, supporting technical integration and interface control across disciplines and joint‑venture members, and collaborating with engineers to embed best practices throughout the project.
Candidates must hold an accredited engineering degree in Process, Chemical or Mechanical engineering, with a Professional Engineer designation considered an asset. They should have at least five years of design experience, three years in the nuclear sector focusing on change control, and familiarity with CANDU reactors and nuclear quality management systems such as CSA N286 and CSA N299.
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment. Excellent organizational and time‑management capabilities are also essential.
