The Autodesk Construction Cloud application administrator ensures that enterprise and business applications across the DPR Family of Companies—including Digital Building Components, Surepods, EIG, and OES—are available, performant, and reliably supported. The role covers day‑to‑day configuration, deployment, maintenance, monitoring, patching, and continuous improvement of the Autodesk Construction Cloud suite. The administrator also provides Tier 2/3 support, complex issue resolution, root‑cause analysis, and direct project assistance as needed.
As the technical subject‑matter expert, the administrator partners with program leaders, business analysts, database, network, and security engineers to manage feature requests, analyze application functionality, and design data‑integration interfaces. Responsibilities include planning and communicating upgrades, managing backups and data integrity, configuring user and service accounts with appropriate permissions, and creating custom reports. The role also champions best practices, writes comprehensive documentation, and coordinates with vendors for escalated support, bug tracking, and feature road‑mapping.
When required, the administrator acts as project manager, defining scope, KPIs, schedules, and resource needs, while delivering regular updates to stakeholders. They also design and deliver training programs, develop multimedia instructional materials following adult‑learning principles, and facilitate sessions to ensure effective knowledge transfer across workgroups.
Candidates must have at least three years of experience as an applications administrator or analyst in a large organization, with hands‑on expertise in Autodesk Construction Cloud or comparable enterprise platforms (CRM/ERP). Proficiency with IT service‑management tools such as ServiceNow or SolarWinds Service Desk, vendor liaison experience, and familiarity with ITIL processes, security concepts, and process‑mapping techniques are required. Preferred experience includes construction‑industry knowledge and technical project‑management support.
The position requires occasional on‑site presence at offices or job sites and up to 30 % travel for work‑related activities. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000, plus DPR’s comprehensive total‑compensation package. DPR Construction is an employee‑owned, forward‑thinking contractor recognized for its innovative projects and inclusive workplace culture.
