Supporting account management queries by handling any exceptions to the renewals process, where clarification is required.
Handling small contract changes and client letters of amendment.
Engaging with various teams in the business area to support development and improvement of processes
Assisting with queries from the central finance team relating to outstanding invoice payments.
Ensuring Emergency Response records are up to date on our client database such as company information, client communication, sales opportunities, and invoices.
Ad hoc requests (handing supplier questionnaires, client requests for documentation)
Managing and maintaining subscription renewals process (currently for ER and Chemdata), inviting renewals in advance and uploading new contracts within 2 weeks of renewal date.

Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

Expert user of Excel and other Microsoft Office products.
Experience of working with finance systems and processes.
Experience of using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (MS Dynamics is currently used) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tools (Agresso is currently used)
Comfortable working in a dynamic operational environment, sometimes requiring elements of quick decision-making.
Experience of delivering a subscriptions based role.
