Safeguard and implement company image/branding on all proposal assignments

Evaluate and resolve problems independently by applying appropriate solutions and applies lessons learned to future efforts
Produce work that meets quality and brand requirements
Offer suggestions to leadership for improvements/additions and lessons learned to streamline processes, procedures, tools/databases, and function of SSO
Mentors junior and/or new team members in technical area
Manages multiple project assignments at a time, sets priorities, manages time, and organizes work according to best practices
Follow Jacobs health/safety and ethical policies, procedures, and guidelines; and escalate issues as appropriate
