Organize client appreciation events and engagement activities.
Lead public relations efforts, including press releases and internal communications.
Maintain and update website content and support digital marketing initiatives.
Coordinate community involvement and sponsorships.
Create compelling content for newsletters, blogs, case studies, and project spotlights.
Manage marketing materials - brochures, branded apparel, giveaways, and more.
Keep our CRM system accurate and up-to-date.
Represent Highland Roofing at industry events (BOMA, IFMA, trade shows).

Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects.
1–3 years of experience in marketing, business development, or communications.
Some travel between our locations is required.

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field (preferred).
