  • Participer au développement de la communauté de pratique au sein de l'organisation afin d'élaborer une stratégie de formation.
  • Développer les programmes de formation CI et assurer le déploiement efficace de la stratégie et de la stratégie à l'échelle mondiale.
  • Contribue à la production de la documentation technique pour la formation à l'amélioration continue.
  • Build e-learning training modules using course creation software and upload to corporate Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Conduct trainings at various levels and business units within the organization, as needed.
  • Monitor and evaluate the progress of the trainings impact on key performance metrics; including learners’ satisfaction, training ROI, and post-training assessment. This may involve collecting data, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to communicate results to stakeholders.
  • Participate in the development of the community of practice within the organization to create training strategy.

  • Experience in designing and developing training programs, instructional materials, and learning assessments.
  • Continuous improvement experience, transformation experiences, experience in designing and developing training programs.

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience in training, organizational development, lean six sigma , continuous improvement, or related field is preferred.
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma (Yellow or Green belt) and/or other relevant certifications considered, as an asset.

  • Ease of learning new software and technological tools.
  • Expérience en amélioration continue, expérience en transformation, expérience dans la conception et le développement de programmes de formation.
  • Un minimum de 2+ ans d'expérience pertinente en formation, développement organisationnel, lean six sigma, amélioration continue ou domaine connexe est préféré.
  • Compétences solides en présentation, animation et compétences interpersonnelles, avec la capacité d'engager et de motiver les apprenants à tous les niveaux de l'organisation.
  • L'expérience avec Workday Learning et Articulate 360 est un atout.
  • Candidates must be bilingual in French and English and commit to a hybrid schedule with three required on-site days per week.
  • Ability to collaborate at different organizational levels and support management teams.
  • Strong skills in presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners at all levels of the organization.
  • Flexible and agile in prioritization adapting accordingly to the business needs.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required.
