Be at the forefront of Design for Manufacture and Assembly (DfMA) in the UK.
Collaborate with production and bid teams to deliver safe, efficient, and sustainable designs.
Working across disciplines to develop products that meet client needs while maximising efficiency.
Providing value engineering to balance safety, cost, and sustainability.
Supporting tender and pre-construction teams with structural input.
Designing and checking structural solutions for precast products – from manufacture and lifting to installation.
Work on bespoke precast solutions across building structures, facades, and infrastructure.
Requirements

2+ years
Degree-level Engineering qualification.
Strong problem-solving skills and confidence to deliver safe designs.
Innovating in materials and design to reduce carbon and waste.
Coding/scripting skills (e.g. Grasshopper, Dynamo, Solibri).
Concrete reinforcement detailing knowledge.
At least 2 years' experience in structural design.
CAD / Revit skills and an interest in extending your digital knowledge.
Experience in reinforced concrete design.
Structural steel design experience.
Proactive and collaborative mindset.
Experience with design/analysis tools (e.g. TEDDS, Scia Engineer).
