Ensure technical coordination with all other phases of work, including attendance at interface meetings
Provide the discipline check a nd review of documents, calculations, drawings and schedule issued by the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering team assigned
Responsible for the planning, mobilization and operation on site of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning equipment and personnel assigned to the project.
Perform the commercial evaluation of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractors activity in comparison with the in-house equipment and personnel cost estimation
Ensure adequate training for the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Engineers both in office and on site
Attend meeting with Client regarding critical issues arising from the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning activities
Lead the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning engineering and construction activities on site
Organize and coordinate the activities of the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning team assigned, providing technical and administrative guidance to ensure that aims and objectives are effectively and economically achieved
Administer and coordinate the Hydrotesting and Precommissioning Subcontractor and its activity on site

7–10 years of experience in offshore Oil & Gas projects Proven experience supervising and leading Pre-Commissioning Engineers
