Key duties include preparing make‑ready apartments through painting, carpet repairs, cleaning, and general repairs; promptly addressing resident maintenance requests; and performing routine work on plumbing, HVAC, basic electrical systems, carpentry, painting, and snow removal when needed. The technician also maintains grounds, pools, hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities, and may be on call for after‑hour emergencies.
All work follows state, local, and federal fair‑housing regulations, safety procedures, and company policies. The technician attends required training, adheres to Cushman & Wakefield uniform standards, safeguards tools and equipment, and demonstrates reliable attendance and punctuality.
Qualifications include a high school diploma, GED, or trade/technical certification, plus at least one year of related experience. A valid driver’s license and EPA 608 Type II certification (or equivalent local certification) are required, as well as the ability to read manuals, perform basic math, and write routine reports.
The position operates in a professional office setting with regular travel between properties and exposure to varying weather conditions. Physical demands involve standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 100 lb regularly. Compensation is $17.00‑$20.00 per hour, accompanied by a comprehensive benefits package, and the role is classified as an equal‑opportunity position.
