Performance Experts will instruct holistic strength‑and‑conditioning and resilience techniques, conduct training intake, develop tailored training plans, and prepare and deliver course material. They will facilitate training events, grade student work, and record grades in required databases. After each session they will collect survey data, produce an After‑Action Review, and submit quarterly analyses to leadership.
Experts will observe fellow instructors, provide feedback, and maintain comprehensive training records. All experts must complete initial instructor certifications and align instruction with unit missions, focusing on trust‑building, counseling skills, critical thinking, and practical application of resilience concepts.
KBR is seeking a Performance Expert (R2PC) at Fort Benning, Georgia to enhance the physical and psychological health, resilience, and performance of Soldiers, Unit Leaders, Families, and Department of Defense civilians. The role supports the Resilience Training/Ready and Resilient Performance Center Program, which integrates mental and physical health initiatives across Army installations. The position is contingent on a vacancy at the location.
Candidates must hold a master’s degree in psychology, counseling, coaching, or kinesiology with a focus on sport/performance psychology, and have teaching or coaching experience, preferably with military or DoD personnel. Thorough knowledge of Army structure, mission objectives, regulations, and policies is required. Preferred credentials include certifications such as AASP, CMPC, or ABSP, or the ability to obtain one within a year of hire.
