Lead Carpenter

• Collaborate with clients, designers, and team members to bring remodels to life
• Ensure safety, quality, and efficiency on every project
• Lead projects from rough framing to detailed finish carpentry
• Mentor and guide apprentices and junior carpenters
• Install trim, cabinetry, windows, and doors with precision

Proven leadership and mentoring ability

Clean driving record

Minimum 10 years of residential carpentry experience

Strong skills in both rough and finish carpentry
