Plan for and Conduct Three – Phase Inspection Program
Verify that as-built drawings are being maintained.
Photo documentation of all job-site accidents/incidents scenes prior to any disturbance of the scene (to include persons involved in the accident and the surrounding areas)
Follow-up Inspections and Reports.
Download the photos within 24 hours of the accident with annotation for use by the Safety Department.
Attend as assigned all Grunley in-house and external training programs.
Check for damaged or defective materials.
Develop and maintain a site-specific test log.
Develop Quality Control Plan for submission.
Review and approve work plans.
Prepare, distribute, and maintain contemporaneous daily reports summarizing information regarding all of the above
Coordinate additional photography with the Safety Department
Maintains awareness of Grunley’s employment recruiting program and provide leadership and assistance in recruiting efforts as appropriate.
Review and approve product submissions.
Verify dimensional requirements.
Examine materials, equipment to be sure they comply with the approved submittals and the contract requirements.

Must have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management
A minimum of ten (10) years of construction experience. Must have working knowledge of Quality Assurance and Quality Control procedures and practices and possess a US Army Corps of Engineers – Construction Quality Management Certification. This position requires a successful track record in preparing, maintaining, and executing a 3-Phase CQM program on construction projects, proficiency in Procore and RMS management systems, and working knowledge of all aspects of construction and construction practices.
