- Undertaking external domestic trade works predominantly wet trades, damp and mould, laying flagstones, erecting & maintaining fences, brickwork pointing and small areas of concrete

- Proven experience in wet trades, damp and mould, fencing, laying flagstones and small areas on concrete to a professional standard in the domestic setting
- Ability to work with targets in a fast paced and reactive environment
- Ability to work professionally and considerately in a range of environments, including vulnerable tenant’s homes within Social Housing settings
- Demonstrating excellent customer service skills when working in a customer facing environment in occupied properties.
- Possession of a full current UK Driving licence, with the use of a company van.
- Please be aware you will be paid weekly, guaranteed 39 hour working week, ensuring we offer stability in your finances, and we also complete annual pay reviews
