The role requires installing, adjusting, changing, and aligning tooling and equipment, analyzing machine or process problems, and implementing engineering changes according to the corporate quality program. The employee monitors processes, ensures material availability and quality, executes inspection methods, and assists operators with training and equipment maintenance.
Candidates should have prior assembly or set‑up experience, be able to read blueprints, use measuring tools and computers, and produce high‑quality products consistently while meeting output specifications. They must complete paperwork accurately, operate hand tools and machines with minimal supervision, work effectively in a fast‑paced team environment, demonstrate initiative, dependability and good attendance.
A high school diploma is required. The position is onsite with a M‑Th schedule from 4:00 pm to 2:30 am, and involves exposure to moving mechanical parts, vibration, occasional electrical shock, and moderate to loud noise. Physical demands include standing, sitting, manual handling up to 25 lb and various vision requirements.
