

HDR provides architecture, engineering, environmental, and construction services for infrastructure projects.
The Marketing and Communications Coordinator role supports HDR’s global marketing efforts by developing visual concepts, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and managing multiple design projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining high‑quality standards.
Key duties include supporting integrated marketing plans, implementing global strategies with stakeholders, using InDesign to produce interactive documents, maintaining SharePoint and the visual asset library, leveraging marketing automation for communications, partnering with engineers and designers to create content, producing collateral such as brochures and digital assets, and coordinating event‑related marketing activities.
Candidates must have at least three to five years of relevant experience, strong written and verbal communication, excellent organizational skills, a service‑oriented attitude, the ability to work independently or in a team, knowledge of GDPR and social media platforms, meticulous attention to detail, and a commitment to HDR’s employee‑owned culture. A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field and prior consulting or agency experience are preferred.
