Oversee operations of a team of technicians, ensuring safety culture, operational efficiencies, and customer interaction training.
Conducts tool box talks or a mechanism for engaging each technician everyday
Communicating – Effectively providing information to clients, supervisors, peers, and subordinates.
Monitors morale
Monitoring – Monitoring/Assessing performance of technicians to make improvements or take corrective action.
Develops and improves operational efficiencies with dispatch, fleet, and customer service.
Reviews all work orders daily
Conducts performance appraisals, counsels, and disciplines as needed to ensure optimum performance of each employee.
Actively works to gain the respect of subordinates through daily interaction with subordinates; promoting team work, harmony and productivity.
