Description

The Operations Specialist for Collections provides advanced clerical and administrative support to department managers and helps coordinate daily collection activities.

You will serve as a point of contact for operational concerns and keep departmental information current, while acting as the KRONOS proxy for driver and helper schedule updates.

• Provide advanced clerical and administrative support to Operations Managers and coordinate daily collection operations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve safety, service, and operational issues; communicate with supervisors, managers, customers, and employees.
• Manage procurement, time and attendance, safety incidents, contract labor, and assist with payment processing using Microsoft Suite and other software.
• Update driver and helper schedules via KRONOS and communicate work assignments.
• Assist with implementation of operational projects as needed.

Requirements

The role requires proficiency with Microsoft Office and related software tools to handle tasks such as procurement, time‑keeping, safety incident tracking, and contract‑labor management, as well as to aid in payment processing and project implementation.

Candidates must hold a high‑school diploma or GED, be at least 18 years old, and be legally authorized to work in the United States. No prior experience is required.

The job is primarily office‑based, requiring standard equipment such as computers, phones, and copy machines. Physical demands are minimal, and reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
