What you would be doing
  • Maintains housekeeping requirements of the application area include prime coat area
  • Sets, monitors, and adjusts computer control screens at the point of application
  • Filters paint and checks for dirt particles, bubbles and flow
  • Handles hazardous materials including storage, labeling and transportation.
  • Records information on paint color supplier, batch number and quantities consumed
  • Checks coating wet film and makes required adjustments
  • Supports the preparation and mixing of paint drums as well as cleaning of pans.
  • Monitors roll speed and amperage for all rolls at the coater
  • Operates a forklift and power jack
  • Installs and removes coating rolls, mixers, pumps and hoses at all coating stations
