Assist HSR Right-of-Way team with CAD, survey research, boundary analysis, and documentation.

Tasks

Prepare right-of-way engineering deliverables using Bentley MicroStation, including: appraisal maps, resolution of necessity exhibits, and other plats, maps, drawings, and exhibits as needed.• Assist with property boundary research, including title and survey records from local, state, and federal sources.• Prepare computations, perform boundary analysis, and prepare exhibits using AutoCAD Civil 3D.• Prepare written real property descriptions to support acquisitions through conventional and eminent domain processes.• Conduct quality control peer reviews to verify compliance with rigorous technical standards.• Assist with the ongoing development of processes and systems.• Coordinate and work with field crews and other office staff.• Ensures division, regional, and company values, policies and practices are consistently followed within the survey service.• Lead by example - display solid judgment, good values, trust, honesty, openness, and professionalism.
