Operating in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment, engineers work on projects ranging from small initiatives to large‑scale ventures, guiding them from concept through to completion while leveraging civil, structural, MEICA, geotechnical and digital expertise.
- Design and delivery of pipelines, pumping stations, and sewer upgrades for the Scottish Water Capital Programme.
- Implementation of flood and surface‑water solutions, including blue/green infrastructure and natural flood management.
- Water innovation and SME collaboration supporting Hydro Nation technology pilots and validation services.

- Climate‑resilient and low‑carbon design using gravity‑fed systems, carbon‑efficient materials and renewable technologies.
- Remote and rural engineering delivery in challenging locations such as the Western Isles with an emphasis on environmental sensitivity.
- Multidisciplinary and digital expertise leveraging civil, structural, MEICA, geotechnical and digital teams.
- Engineering degree (or equivalent) in civil, electrical, mechanical or structural engineering.
- Experience in the full project design lifecycle from inception to detailed design.
- Proven knowledge and experience working in the water sector.
