The Collections Officer will monitor accounts receivable, communicate promptly about overdue payments, and initiate collection processes in accordance with policy and legal requirements. They will negotiate payment arrangements, coordinate with internal teams such as Property Management, Finance, and Legal, and prepare regular performance reports. Additionally, they will maintain confidential documentation, advise on credit control, and support escalation of high‑risk accounts.
