- Participate and promote good co-operation, collaboration, and customer service within Asset Planning and other Functions.
- Support development of maintenance best practice.
- Support building a model of assets within the programmes for future investment and replacement.
- Support National and standardised ways of working.
- Review data from inspection reports for understanding of trending of asset sets within programmes.
- Participate in Process & Continuous improvement activities.
- Support the set-up processes and procedures to collect and review information.
- Provide best in class administrative support to the Asset Planning team.
- Support programme reporting and insights as required.
- Adhere to all Health & Safety guidelines, policies, and processes.

- Strong computer skills with a proficient working knowledge of MS SharePoint, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and familiarity with Oracle.
- Proven effective time management skills with the ability to prioritise and remain focused.
- Proactive with ability to work on own initiative and with others to ensure success in the performance of a team.
- Minimum 1-year relevant experience in a similar role in the water, utilities or similar industries is desirable.
- Relevant third level qualification and or accreditation is desirable and/or relevant experience.
- Travel may be required from time to time - Full, clean, and valid driving licence is minimum requirement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey messages in a clear and concise manner.
