Arcadia Landscape Architecture is seeking an experienced, visionary leader to join our Sydney Studio as Principal of Urban Design.

You are a recognised authority in urban design with a proven track record of successful project delivery in the Australian market.

  • You have a robust network.
  • Your portfolio demonstrates expertise in large-scale strategic planning, master planning, and detailed public domain design.
  • You possess 12+ years of experience in urban design or a closely related field, with significant experience in a senior leadership or Principal role.
  • You have qualifications in Urban Design, Landscape Architecture, Architecture, or Planning.
  • You're an exceptional communicator and negotiator.
  • You possess a strong understanding of commercial drivers and operational best practices.
