Description

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact with homeowners over the phone. Your mission isn’t to close the sale on the spot — it’s to start conversations, build trust, and schedule confirmed appointments for our outside sales team.

• Participate in team training and continuously sharpen your sales skills.
• Share information on home upgrades like roofing, windows, painting, and landscaping.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and update lead information consistently.
• Make 100+ outbound calls daily to homeowners and incoming leads.
• Build rapport and generate qualified, confirmed appointments for sales reps.
