You’ll take charge of all mechanical, electrical and facilities maintenance across our Tranent site. From planned maintenance to urgent breakdowns, you’ll keep plant and machinery running safely, reliably and efficiently in a fast paced steel fabrication environment.
This is a fully site based role. You’ll be on the floor every day, leading a small maintenance team while staying directly involved in fault finding, repairs and improvements.
Had Fab is scaling fast, delivering major infrastructure and energy projects across the UK. To support this growth, we’re looking for a hands on Maintenance Manager who wants real ownership of a busy, high impact site.
This role suits someone who enjoys managing people and still getting their hands dirty.
You’re a practical technically strong maintenance professional from a manufacturing or industrial background. You like being on site solving problems improving systems and leading by example.
