We are hiring a Corporate FP&A Specialist to partner with the Research, Development & Engineering (RD&E) leadership team. The role will support critical financial processes such as monthly close, forecasting, annual and long‑range planning, variance analysis, KPI tracking, and ad‑hoc reporting. It offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment and a chance to contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives that transform our operating model. Basic qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, mathematics, economics or comparable experience, plus at least three years in finance and three years using ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) and PowerPoint is required. Preferred attributes are strong analytical and organizational abilities, the capacity to handle large data sets, adaptability to tight deadlines, and exceptional customer‑service follow‑through.
