Description

The Field Operations Associate ensures client pre‑employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents remain current and validated with compliance. They manage onboarding packets, update the Candidate Tracker, and handle background, drug testing, and medical screening processes. They also oversee contractor compliance with E‑Verify requirements, provide front‑office customer service, and maintain office supplies, mailings, and paperwork to ensure a quality candidate experience.

• Ensure client pre‑employment requirements, forms, policies, and onboarding documents are current and validated with compliance.
• Manage onboarding packets (authorization forms, drug tests, background checks) and update the Candidate Tracker with contractor data.
• Enter and manage background, drug testing, and medical screening processes for contractors.
• Oversee contractor compliance with E‑Verify requirements, including expired documents.
• Provide front‑office customer service via telephone and reception area.
• Order, maintain, and organize office supplies; manage mailing and shipments; file office paperwork and directory.
• Deliver world‑class customer service to ensure a quality candidate experience.

Requirements

The position prefers a bachelor’s degree, requires customer or sales‑focused experience, experience in a team‑oriented environment, and fluency in Spanish.
