The program is designed for recent graduates and consists of six phases that cover key business areas: operations, counter sales, purchasing, inside sales, account management, and leadership. Completing the program prepares you to take on a branch leader role within Noble’s Ontario network, managing teams, operations, and driving profitable growth.
Candidates must have a university degree or post‑graduate certificate in any discipline, strong leadership potential, and excellent communication skills. A problem‑solving mindset, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, willingness to relocate within Ontario, and a valid driver’s license with access to a vehicle are also required.
