A solid financial acumen, with detailed experience in P&L management, budget forecasting, and margin optimisation along with the ability to interpret and challenge financial information to make data driven decisions.
Demonstrated success in building strategic partnerships and securing multi-year revenue agreements.
Experience scaling subscription, licensing, managed services, or framework-driven commercial models.
A proven track record in senior commercial leadership within B2B services, ideally in training, education, or skills development.
Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels, including board and external stakeholders.
