The position pays $19.00 per hour and involves performing general repairs and maintenance, conducting routine inspections and preventative maintenance, and applying solid knowledge of basic plumbing and carpentry. Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and safe use of cleaning chemicals are essential, as is assisting with apartment turnover clean‑ups.
