Work with internal stakeholders to identify student and entry-level opportunities and ensure programs align with organizational needs and growth plans.

Establish and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and relevant professional associations.

Communicate clearly and regularly with candidates, including timely updates, feedback where appropriate, and professional closure for unsuccessful candidates.
Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, workforce needs, and team dynamics, and translate these into effective recruitment strategies.
Act as an ambassador for Crown’s culture and values in all external interactions with candidates, schools, partners, and community organizations.
Maintain accurate, complete, and up-to-date candidate and requisition data in the HRIS.
