- Maîtrise des logiciels SAP2000, ETABS, SAFE, ADA et REVIT.
- Effectuer des expertises d'avant-projet
- Doit posséder entre 8 et 10 années d'expérience en conception en bâtiment et au moins 3 à 5 ans en gestion de projet et coordination.
- Rédiger des devis et rapports techniques
- Diriger des équipes de techniciens et d’ingénieurs et coordonner les efforts de différents intervenants internes et externes afin de réaliser des projets pour multiples secteurs
- avoir un optique d'amélioration continue, très bonnes aptitudes en communication, maîtrise et application des compétences techniques, développement personnel, initiative, gestion de la performance, gestion de projet, être en mesure de responsabiliser les autres et offrir un service client professionnel.
- Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Analyser, concevoir et adapter des systèmes complexes de charpente reliés au bâtiment
