- Lead district student program: plan college recruiting, events, networking, manage databases, coordinate interviews; maintain relationships with academic institutions.
- Handle entry‑to mid‑level recruiting and onboarding practices.
- Administer HRPD programs and policies; coach managers and employees on HRPD, compliance, and career management.
- Participate in district HRPD strategic planning and assist with district‑level projects/initiatives.
- Maintain budget for assigned programs/initiatives.
- Support district HRPD manager with staff planning.
- Research and provide administrative support for total rewards.
- Assist with succession planning administration and support.
- Prepare scheduled and ad‑hoc reporting; provide data analysis and recommendations.
- Deliver information sessions on HR/company topics and assist with facilitation.
- Provide implementation support for corporate and regional initiatives.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field preferred.
- Working towards an HR designation preferred.
- Approximately 3 years of progressive HR or related experience preferred.
- Understanding of HRPD principles, practices, procedures, and employment legislation.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong research, analysis, and recommendation skills.
- Basic business acumen and awareness of industry developments.
- Ability to work independently or within a team in a matrixed organization.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, detail‑orientation, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
- Good networking skills to develop and maintain HR networks.
- Results‑oriented with ability to meet deadlines.
