The Community Manager oversees the entire operations of a housing community under the supervision of the Regional Manager. This role manages all phases of operations—including personnel, leasing, maintenance, financial, administration, and risk management—and serves as the on‑site leader ensuring compliance with Asset policies, safety, fair‑housing guidelines, and liability concerns.
Compensation decisions consider skill set, background, training, and certifications. The position offers a salary range of $62,000 to $65,000 per year, along with a comprehensive total rewards package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, accidental and disability insurance, 401(k) matching, paid sick days, holidays, and performance bonuses.
