Overview

Manage and oversee new build and refurbishment projects up to $30M.

Tasks

-Coordinate with the project team, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders. -Monitor project progress, identify, and resolve any issues or delays, and implement corrective actions when necessary. -Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment. -Lead and manage all aspects of the build. Take charge and own your project. -Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.

What You Bring

-Proven experience as a Site Manager new build projects up to $2M - $30M -QBCC & First Aid licenses. -Proficient in interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and contracts. -Sound understanding and commitment to safety regulations and procedures.
